Privacy Policy

      Short version: We collect your email to notify you when Payhunt launches. When you use Payhunt, we access your Gmail solely to send invoice follow-up emails on your behalf — nothing else. We don't sell your data, we don't spam you, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
    

1. Who we are

Payhunt ("we", "our", "us") is a Stripe-native invoice follow-up tool currently in development. Our website is payhunt.dev.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

Email address — when you join the waitlist.
Stripe account data — invoice details (amounts, due dates, client email addresses) accessed via Stripe OAuth when you connect your Stripe account.
Gmail access — when you connect your Gmail account, we request permission to send emails on your behalf. See Section 5a for full details.

We do not collect cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, or any other data about your visit.

3. Why we collect it

Your waitlist email is collected for one purpose only: to notify you when Payhunt launches.

Your Stripe and Gmail data is used exclusively to operate the invoice follow-up service — detecting unpaid invoices and sending automated reminder emails to your clients on your behalf.

4. How we store it

Waitlist signups are delivered to a private Telegram notification channel accessible only by the Payhunt team. We do not store your email in a database at this time.

When the product launches, Stripe OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) in our database. We do not store the content of emails sent through your Gmail account.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Period.

The only third-party services involved are Cloudflare (website hosting), Telegram (internal notifications), Stripe (payment processing and invoice data), and Google (Gmail API for sending emails). All have their own privacy policies.

5a. Google API Services — Gmail Data

Payhunt's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

Payhunt accesses your Gmail account solely to send invoice follow-up emails on your behalf.
We do not read, scan, index, store, or share the contents of your Gmail inbox or any other emails.
We do not use your Gmail data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than sending the emails you've configured.
Gmail access can be revoked at any time via your Google Account settings or from within Payhunt.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

Request confirmation of whether we hold your data
Request deletion of your email from our records
Withdraw consent at any time

7. Retention

We retain waitlist emails until the product launches. After launch, we will delete all waitlist data that has not converted to an active account, within 30 days.

8. Children

Payhunt is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Given that we only hold your email for launch notification purposes, material changes are unlikely before launch.
